BAG BALM contains lanolin and stays on to provide moisturizing and softening. BAG BALM is alcohol FREE.Directions: Massage thoroughly and allow ointment to remain for full softening effect. For Pets: Apply BAG BALM liberally to the affected area. For Cows: Thoroughly wash treated teats and udder with separate towels before each milking. To avoid contamination after each milking, bathe the udder with plenty of hot water, strip milk out and dry skin. Apply BAG BALM freely and massage gently with this proven ointment twice daily.Ingredients: 8 - Hydroxyquinoline Sulfate 0.3% in a petrolatum lanolin base.

This is the best stuff for dry lips. I put it on just before bed each night, it is better than any chap-stick around. The only flaw for lips is that it doesn't come in a tube. So what I do is scoop a little over a tsp. out of the can and melt it in a glass in the oven. Then pour it into a used up chap-stick tube. It hardens in like an hour and vuala you have the best lip moisturizer in an easy to use container. But remember to only dab this stuff on (rather than gliding it on as you would with regular chap-stick). It is not as stiff as regular chap-stick.

Great stuff for keep feet soft after hiking. It also works on dry skin in the winter, but be aware that it is sticky stuff that will adhere to almost anything!

If you work with your hands, this stuff is amazing. Cracks, hangnails, dry patches, and peeling callouses are all helped immensely, especially in dry weather. The guys I work with think it must be some kind of ancient magic or some kind of borderline illegal steroid cream, like that crap you spray in your mouth to fix snuff-induced gum shrinkage.
Nope. Just the same stuff your great grandma probably used after milking the cows, and there's no shame in being a hardworking, red-blooded American shop rat who moisturizes his hands once in a while.

I purchased this mainly to moisturize my lips. It works okay but does just about the same thing that vaseline does. I will continue using this product though. Definitely buy the 1 oz. size - it looks like it will last a lifetime.
