The ability to carry water and electrolyte drinks in one hydration bladder is realized in the unique Nathan Synergy Bladder that carries water and electrolyte/energy drink in separate chambers. A potency dial allows you to choose all water, all electrolyte, or a combination of the two. The electrolyte chamber has a roll-top closure that allows full access for easy cleaning and mixing; the water chamber has a filter-compatible screw top. The total capacity is 100 fluid ounces and each chamber can hold a maximum of 80 fluid ounces.
