i ordered this tooth brush as hard bristle tooth brushes are very hard to find in stores. when i got the brush in the mail (much faster than i thought i would) it turned out to be the wrong one. it was a soft bristle. i contacted the company and they immediately refunded my money, no questions asked.

I'm not sure how any one gets a clean teeth feeling with soft or medium bristles but for me, a hard bristle brush is a must. I especially like the Elgydium structure - straight forward without curves and twists as some other brands have.

I originally bought this toothbrush at the Venetian in Las Vegas, I forgot mine, I don't like "soft or medium" toothbrushes , this one is Firm, I replaced my original with this one I found on Amazon. Very Happy!
