Absolutely no thought was put into the kindle version. Was forced to eventually buy the hardcopy. Customers should be refunded for any purchase of the kindle version or receive a free update for any sensible subsequent version.
Total waste of money!!

Beware the Kindle edition lacks a linked index making it close to useless. No excuse for this deficiency. The info in the book is great but without a useful index it's hard to find it.
