My daughter loves this toy. It works well and provides hours of imaginative play. I would highly suggest buying extra diapers to go with this product, though. We haven't even "fed" her, but the stickiness of the closure tabs wears out after a while anyway (which is expected).
The only drawback is that the doll we received, although in excellent working condition, had clearly been played with before. Her hair was an absolute mess! My daughter didn't notice it at all, though, and I was able to tame it; so we're definitely happy overall.

i recently purchased this doll for my three year old daughter for her birthday and she was really excited about the doll when she first opened it. But she only played with it sometimes, she still liked to be able to feed the baby like the snacking sara, I would recommend this as a great first doll for a child that has never had one of the other ones. She did like to brush the teeth but she really wanted to feed her. Would have purchased a regular baby alive surprise doll but they are no longer around.
