I use this product in my daily work duties. I needed the additional audio clarity from the two ear cups. It's a great product and has made my job much easier. Highly recommended.

I bought this headset on April 2015, it was good until November. Then the microphone keeps on dropping down and become very loose, other people can't hear me well. I had to adjust my phone many times. They won't hear me until I put the micro less than 1cm from my lips.
Now, I got complaint many times that the other people can't hear me, or the sound is not clear. It has been only 7 months while my previous headset last over 5 years.
I don't know if the seller has any exchange policy for this kind of issue, but the headset doesn't really work well right now.
I am looking for an option ether to exchange it or I just have to buy a new one, with different seller, I guess. I called, he said he will call me back after 1hr, no call.

unfortunately, NONE of the headset people explain what kind of attachment the headset has to the phone. This thing is useless. Show the
attachment !!!!!

I think this is a great product. I own three of them now (for each office I work in) and personally, I rate these much better than the Bluetooth wireless versions. Thank you Plantronics for wonderful shipping and quality products.
