Useless 50 page triple spaced content that could have been summarized in one phrase: "provide excellent patient experience." Save yourself a few bucks and buy any used customer service book and I'll get more out of it.

I would recommend this book to anyone looking to grow their practice. It was straight to the point, and opened my eyes to simple methods that I overlooked. This is a must read, as it truly has made a difference in the way I see business. Apply these methods, and you will only see success!

This is a very interesting book into the eyes of orthodontic practice. Not only does Dr. Burleson submerge you into the idea of what is good for your practice, but also forces you to think of your practice as a whole no matter what your position within the practice. He also helps you to think a lot in terms of psychology and how what you do registers to the potential patients and what ideas you could focus on to grab the attention of more patients. These may not be factual bits of information, but the concepts he brings up, if put into practice, could generate some real results as the facts that he did show throughout the books are possible to achieve if you take the time to implement the teachings in the book.

Save your money.. This is a 50 page pamphlet that talks about how "if you work hard and use these principals you can have a successful practice".. But it never gives any real information on how to achieve that.. It's just a plug for his seminars and consultations

This information in this book is modern, current, and like nothing else you can find in the orthodontic profession. I've heard every consultant/marketer in the Ortho industry, and trust me when I say that this book is a breath of fresh air! The ideas shared will help any orthodontic practice, those that may disagree with the principles in the book may just need to read the details in the book, that in order to succeed you must ACT! There is no free lunch or special magical formula for success. Dustin says it like it should be, and from first hand experience I can attest to the positive changes it can make in your practice!
