Wow, the taste is crazy strong. It takes some getting used it! If I had reviewed this from day 1, I probably would have given this 1 or 2 stars for the taste. But overtime, I have grown to like it. I have adapted, and it no longer tastes that crazy. I have grown up using peppermint all my life, and the switch to this was a huge change. I actually like the taste, because it gives an after impression of feeling very clean.
And I already know that this line of toothpaste is fantastic. I still would prefer the peppermint version of this, but this is great too.

These are nice! They taste exactly like black licorice, so don't get them if that isn't your flavor of choice!

This toothpaste taste VERY DIFFERENT from the previous version. Most customer reviews on this site are for the OLDER version. I stumbled upon it while searching my orders and finding MY previous five star review now WRONGLY under this new product. This newer version of toothpaste is highly DISAPPOINTING. Return.

It was good before, but new batch comes with reduced foaming agent, so customers buy more often. Good job!
