 Folic Acid

This isn't bad for a natural toothpaste. It's one of the few that has the least amount of additives. However, it does have folic acid in it, which is slightly irksome because I recently found out I have a MTHFR and CBS gene mutation, so that's why I'm giving it only three stars. However, I knew this when I bought it. I didn't think folic acid was a problem at the time but it's synthetic. It is also bad for people with MTHFR because folic acid builds up in the body over time.
Other than that, the product is pretty great. I'm not sure if it does whiten teeth like it says, though. I originally bought it to get away from the bad additives in most normal brands of toothpastes because my multiple chemical sensitivity was making me react violently to chemicals and additives in toothpastes. So, it's great if you want a less toxic/more natural toothpaste alternative.

A great natural toothpaste that is also fluoride free. If you like cinnamon flavored toothpaste you'll love this one!

Really like the taste, was afraid at first. Most toothpastes make me gag, so was very happy! Glad I bought two!

I know a lot of people said that this toothpaste burned their mouths, and it does a little as it is cinnamon. But you only are supposed to use a pea sized amount, not a whole tooth brush full (like my son and many other's use) so I didn't find that it burned that much. It has made my teeth much whiter, probably as white as they will get for my age, so I am very pleased with this toothpaste. I have noticed that my sensitivity is back, so will have to use a sensitive tooth paste again too along with it. But other than that, I love, love, love this toothpaste! Thinking about trying the mouth wash.

I only wish I had known about this sooner, I brush my teeth a lot and this is the best toothpaste I have ever used.
I have ordered 8 or more and my order always arrives quickly and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family :-)
