I bought this for a deaf friend learning to wax. I was impressed with the step by step photos and information on proper occlusion build-up techniques. It was an excellent buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Excellent book for wax up, April 01, 2012
By jsergo
This is the book for people who want to wax up instead of carve down. If you are tired of the smush and carve technique of full contour wax-up this book certainly is a great help. Easy to understand and duplicate. Shows good anatomy with precise instructions and great illustrations.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Explains occlusal function in regards to waxing, June 01, 2008
By Brit Schiner
This book is an excellent way to learn about how function will dictate waxing. This is not really a step by step guide for waxing technique, but an explanation of how to achieve good occlusion. In the book it recommends Fundamentals of Fixed Prosthodontics from Quintessence publishers for detailed explanations of fabricating wax ups.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Dental books, May 13, 2007
By Al Oakes
The book arrived safely packaged, was a quick delivery. I recommend to fellow Dental Technicians and other members of the dental team buying books though Amazon. I have bought several titles in the dental field here and have been well served each time.
