This is an excellent book, and has tons of useful information. I really like his practical expertise, and simple but profound explanations. He also includes a lot of 5e stuff, which I appreciate. This is a simple but very useful book with many good suggestions for one's practice.

This is by far the best TCM book I own. It has all the answers. The text is crystal clear, you can feel the experience and wisdom of the author in every subject. The book includes many charts wich are extremely exhaustive and usefull. The psychological aspects of the human being are discussed like in no other book. This is not a book for beginners, but for people who already know the basis of Yin Yang, Five Elements and Zang Futheory.
