This is the most uncomplicated self help book I have ever used! Thank you Adriana! Writing this book with simple to follow examples and ease of reading was a labor of love and I am recommending your work to my clients and friends as a must for self healing! I am one of the fortunate ones to have regular treatments with Adriana. Trusting you as a practitioner allows my body and mind to respond instantly to the healing touch and needle work and in between I am able to help myself feel better with Acupressure.

I have an interest in the subject of meridian therapies, because I have been helped by acupuncture when I had severe back pain. I am glad to include "Treat Yourself with Acupressure" in my library -- it includes all the theory I'll ever need, and very clear instruction. I will add acupressure to my high blood pressure treatment.

I have been to the author of this book for acupuncture treatment for my shoulder and hip, and the treatment was very effective, so I decided to buy her book Treat Yourself With Acupressure. It is very easy to read, very clear with easy-to-follow graphics and instructions, and covers most common ailments. I would definitely recommend this book.

For years I've suffered from pain and numbness in my in my arms and hands, so intense that I would wake at night and be unable to ease the pain enough to go back to sleep. It became increasingly difficult for me to do my work, or even write. I've researched many holistic techniques to remedy my condition and found this book to be the best on the market for self-acupressure. The photos and instructions are very clear and easy to follow, and it is arranged in such a way as to quickly find the treatment for areas of concern. I immediately felt the numbness flow out of my fingers with the first session I tried. This book is now in my library of self-help references. Besides helping myself, I've been able to relieve stiffness,pains,and other symptoms experienced by my family and friends. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a hands-on approach to healing.
