5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great book to help in my line of profession, July 01, 2013
By GailC (California)
This book is wonderful, it contains simple to follow exercises for particular body or health conditions- from headaches, to digestive system issues, etc.

I incorporate some of the tips in the book with my line of work also as a holistic practitioner, massage therapist/bodyworker. Thank you Ilchi Lee!

4.0 out of 5 stars.  They worked for me, November 10, 2010
By srobertson53 (Atlanta, GA United States)
I was attending yoga classes and bought these books at the center as a supplement to the weekly class. Many of the exercises worked for me. It is helpful though to take a class or two to learn proper technique.Meridian Exercise for Self-Healing, Book 1: Classified by Common Symptoms (Dahnhak, the Way to Perfect Health)

3.0 out of 5 stars.  A book with some good suggestions, July 20, 2007
By Dune321 (Jeju Island, South Korea)
I have found this book to have some good pictures of the different poses with Dahn Yoga but not very much detailed information about how you do it and why is it good to do it. They also use many words that are foreign to most people and it can leave you scratching your head some. I have done a few of the exercises and have gotten some benefit. However, my expectations of what the book would be were not fullfilled. I think really the book is worth about 10.00. I was only mildly satisfied with it.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  It didn't work for me, August 22, 2005
By Inna (NYC)
I bought this book because I wanted to learn more about Meridian exercises. I thought this sounded interesting based on other reviews. First of all, he divided it in 2 books, so you won't find all the remedies in one and you are almost forced to buy 2. I tried the exercises for headaches and it did nothing to help me. I also tried other exercises, but it's difficult to tell if it does anything since there are no immediate results. He doesn't give any explanation for his selection of exercises except chosen few. Also, some of the exercises are impossible to follow from the description.
