Using easy-to-follow illustrations, diagrams and instructions, Pauline Wills explains how the different vibrations of each color in the electromagnetic spectrum corresponds to the various frequencies and vibrations of each part of the body. Color, she reveals, can be used with reflexology to boost its effects. Combining color therapy and reflexology is often particularly effective in cases of chronic illness, especially in circumstances where ordinary reflexology alone may be too harsh.

This book assumes you are already familiar with the principles of reflexology - in other words, if you don't know reflexology, don't start with this book! The color therapy material is useful, however, and if that's what you are looking for, you should enjoy the book. There are a lot of color-based meditation exercises, as well.
