As someone new to the practice of reflexology, I have found this book extremely helpful. Fully illustrated, it walks you through simple, step-by-step massage techniques for both hands and feet. Clear diagrams show you the reflexology points targeted with descriptions of how the corresponding organs are benefitted. There's also a caution box when necessary to remind you of particular care that might need to be taken with certain movements. The instructions have been fabulous for this at-home beginner.
