5.0 out of 5 stars.  chock full of nuggets, February 23, 2014
By Charles Morgan
I absolutely love this book. I'd read it before while at the After Death Conference in Scottsdale AZ and did a small workshop with co-author Jane Katra in which she shared her incredibly wrenching and also fantastic life-story. At this type of gathering I usually don't socialize much, but it was a great conference for meeting and talking with speaker/authors intimately.

Reading it the second time around reading was just eye-popping. How did I forget all this? It's a very scientific book re: ESP(they call PSI) with numerous experimental studies. I skipped most of the material on remote viewing because I think it is a difficult, specialized skill; but I skipped on to the parts on energetic, psychic and spiritual healing.

There is one thing I have to check back. Did the subject of psychokinesis who almost strangled know what he was supposed to be receiving? Well, I think he knew something was coming because there were doctors present, but was quite surprised as all the transmissions, before this scary one, had been so much more pleasant. I do have to wonder why they did that.

The book seemed somewhat disjointed and I found it quite boring in spots. Even so there is some good, interesting stuff so i would recommend a reader to keep plodding along in this book to get at the meaty stuff!

1.0 out of 5 stars.  right guy, wrong interpretation, September 26, 2011
By Truealways
The authors are correct in pointing out that many sick people sought out
Joel Goldsmith in his day and indeed were healed, though he'd be the first to admit that "God is only the healer" however,
I must in good conscience caution readers not to assign much weight to the authors' interpretation of the great man's words, for they would need be a great deal nearer to Goldsmith's spiritual level to even begin to understand him.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  quite wonderful, April 03, 2010

Hello,
This book is a terrific mix of both science-type information and what could be considered almost opposite-healing in a psychic way. The 2 authors gave me what I was looking for- support in the idea that there is alot more going on than our little minds are aware of! I just can't explain how well it is done and how it made an impact on my thinking. Awesome!
