I Love this book!!! It was worth the price. It's a book I refer back too when I'm thinking about how I want to word something to help myself, friends, and family feel confident and empowered. It's important to talk to yourself and those you love in empowering ways. Just reading her script helped me make huge progress on my shyness. It also has a script for some other things.
