I love this little cleaner. Ive used it for years now and it works wonders. I use it twice and it cleans really well. Can use cleaning liquid they send or just water.

This a sonic cleaner that I'd never order again. After 4 months the product no longer worked, as it only would do the 180 second cycle, I usually use the 600 second cycle. Then I emailed the company and they said they had a holiday and would get back to me, they never got back to me. 3 months later I asked what is their policy for defective equipment and NOW they tell me the product can only be returned after 30 days. If you only need this product to work for 30 days, this is the product for you, otherwise I will never use this company's merchandise again!

This works great! I rarely clean my rings/jewelry - and my friend offered to clean my rings with her new machine and boy was I embarrassed when the water was so dirty after cleaning my rings yet, it goes to show how well the machine works. I was SO happy to see how clean my rings were and it also reminded me of why I bought the jewelry in the first place (my rings looked like they did they day I bought them in the store).

This product seems to work, but it's cheaply made. The box and instructions clearly mark it as a wholesale product from an overseas sweatshop.
