I'm reading it cover to cover and it is pretty easy to follow, March 11, 2016

This book is really well written! I'm reading it cover to cover and it is pretty easy to follow. Its language is sometimes unclear and needlessly complicated, but technically correct and that's what you've got to go for in these types of books I suppose! I prefer the Sompayrac Immunology text which reads easier, but this one is definitely more detailed and better explained.
