The 8th edition encompasses all of this new material, with all chapters updated and many new authors added. Author Information Stephen D. Silberstein MD is a Professor and Director of the Headache Center, Jefferson University and Hospital, Philadelphia. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Medical School and completed his residency in neurology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Richard B. Lipton MD is the Edwin S. Lowe Professor and Vice Chair of Neurology, Professor of Epidemiology and Population Health and Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Lipton earned his medical degree at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. After a medical internship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, he completed his neurology residency and clinical neurophysiology fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He also completed a fellowship in neuroepidemiology at Columbia University. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. David W. Dodick MS MD is Professor of Neurology and Consultant in the Department of Neurology at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned an MS degree in microbiology from Dalhousie University and his MD from Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency in neurology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The book is good, and almost new. But I got charged for 20%, even though I returned it right after I got it.
