The Guidelines Committees of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain has revised its text on tempromandibular disorders. This edition includes discussion of the assessment, diagnosis and management of other pain conditions associated with the orofacial structures. Author Information Jeffrey P. Okeson DMD is Chief, Division of Orofacial Pain, University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He earned his dental degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Dentistry and is board certified by the American Board of Orofacial Pain.
