The manual costs 109.95 on Dr Blair's website, check before buying. It is a great resource. Highly recommended-just don't overpay.

Dr. Blair clearly defines what a narrative must include and the appropriate codes to use in complex cases. I have filed insurance claims for more than 20 years and this book is my new best friend!
