Great book. Read "E-Myth Revisited" first., December 07, 2017

Probably the best business book out there for dentists -- though I think reading Michael E. Gerber's "The E-Myth Revisited" first is an absolute must. (It should be essential reading for all owners and managers of small businesses.) With the changes occurring in the dental and insurance industries in the USA, this book will need to be soon updated for dentists in that country.

Better than I expected, but light on actionable advice. Clear language and well written. I would recommend this book!

Very generic information. Each chapter is about 3 pages long and it does not go into any useful details. It uses very generic vocabulary and repeats it in almost every chapter. Introduction will initially grab your attention by mentioning of the problems that many dentists are facing; however, it does not offer any specific solution other than to say for example: "In order to manage people, build personnel management system. How to build a successful management system? System that works every time and if it works every time - then it is a successful system." The whole book really reads like this. Have not gained much insight at all from this book and it feels as he uses same contents and mass produce in order to fit into different professions to promote his E-Myth series.

The E-Myth is an insightful book. I gave this one to a dentist friend, as I was fortunate enough to gain an edge on my business when I read it.
