Absolutely best brush head I've ever used. It feels different when brushing, you know it's actually scrubbing stuff off your teeth. If you have an Oral-B brush that can use these heads, buy them. They're a little more expensive but it's worth it.

I used the standard brush when I first ordered this toothbrush and really liked it. I purchased this because of the cross action feature. I was thinking I loved the standard so this added feature is just going to be awesome. It really wasn't. Its a good brush and I wouldn't say stay away from it. What I would say is if you are considering the standard and this, and the standard happens to come out cheaper, it would be my recommendation to go for the standard.
