 Real life perspective on adult braces, December 02, 2016

My wife is thinking seriously about getting braces early next year, and this was good info for both of us. It was nice to see something written from the personal side - and largely from a female perspective - on the whole process. So many of the books out there are more technical, which is fine, but doesn't give a great picture of actual day-to-day life with braces as an adult. This book gives that perspective, and so was quite valuable to us.

This is a great little book for any adult contemplating braces. Full of realistic advice and helpful tips. I would recommend.
