5.0 out of 5 stars.  Medical Problems in Dentistry, June 09, 2009
By Island Mak (Hong Kong)
It is a book that can keep us familiar with current knowledge and let us far away getting risk of litigation. It can give us a continuous education on oral health.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  The best back-up you could ask for.., November 03, 2006
By George King (Dunedin, NZ)
A well organised, comprehensive, relevant text perfect for senior dental students and young dentists. Patient with complex medical history? This book will explain exactly what is relevant to you for each item in their history. If you're pushed for time you can just cut to the dental aspects section for each condition, but there's plenty of detail on the general and medical aspects if you have time and want to actually understand what's happening in the rest of your patient's body, or just impress your tutors. Buy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Couldn't be better, October 26, 2003
By Soo-Wee (Dunedin New Zealand)
After reading many books regarding the medical aspect of dentistry, I can honestly say that this book by Scully and Cawson is the best I've read and the best I've enjoyed reading. It covers all aspects and most importantly, it relates back to its dental implications very well. Very well laid out, very simple and concise and very very informative. An excellent book.
