I`m 5'8 160 lbs with a 32 inch waist and they fit very well. No cargo pockets but that lends itself to a more slim appearing fit than most scrub bottoms.

Fits great, looks great and comfortable but the material attracts dust, hair, lint, you name it. I had to constantly use a sticky lint roller to make this look presentable.
