Most of parts of contents are useful, especially part 2; however, I don't like part 3 because there is few dialoges that receptionist should say on the phone or face a patient.

This was a very helpful book in that it fulfilled a course requirement. When I purchased I knew that it would just that, so I opted to purchase to help me pass the course.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Dental Business Sense, June 19, 2011
By Practice Mgmt. Pro - Dental Assistin.. (Modesto, CA)
This Book is a great overview of what goes on in the business part of a dental office.

The main thing which is needed is a knowledge of the practice management software
The CD includes a truncated version of Dentrix, which is very popular with dental offices.
Highly recommend.
