I bought this electric toothbrush back in January. It stopped working 1 a month ago. Battery light shows it's fully charged but it will not turn on. Very frustrating.

I like this and it does a good job, but I wish it had a circular brush. However it does remove tartar fairly well. I like the large number of replacement heads that comes with it.

Maybe this toothbrush is OK if you have a small mouth. I hate mine and should have returned it the first time I used it. The brush is on the smallish side and it bumps against my teeth. That's the trouble with good deals. Gives me cause to buy an inferior toothbrush when I've been using a Sonicare toothbrush for years.

I Love this item! I brush three times a day and the heads of the brushes are sturdy! It looks as is! Again! I love this item! I have no complaints! Its a must buy !

The toothbrush started giving me problems after about a month - would only turn on for about 30 seconds then go off. It was replaced within a few days. The next one has the same issue - they seem to last about a month and then quit.

The water fill hole is so small it is a pain to fill it.
The buttons are a bit stiff and hard to push to turn off and on and change the settings while you are using it.
It works fine and I like the two tips that are included but due to the above reasons next time I may go back to the Waterpik brand (I have had a few of these) as it is a bit easier to fill and the on off buttons are easier to get to.
