Esther Wilkins is a hygiene goddess! This book is a go to for anything hygiene. It's a must have and really loved reading and learning from this woman and her book. Definitely need the workbook to go along with this too!

Don't waste your money on the latest edition... this book has all the same info as the new one and is absolutely the best DH purchase I have ever made. It is basically my bible.
