These are very jagged and poke my gums when I brush with them. The regular Jetpik heads do not do this.

I've been evaluating JetPik products since June 2015 (without compensation other than the products to evaluate). Recently, I purchased from Amazon all three types of their brushes. My main review for these brushes is for the General Use brush.
I find I like to use all three of them together, using this sensitive one once a day to get deeper below my gum line - the more flexible bristles can get further into my gums and pockets and give them a great massage and cleaning. Then later each day I use either the regular brush or the whitening brush to break up biofilms and remove/prevent plaque deposits. Instead of picking just one brush for constant use, I now use all three together to obtain the benefits each offers. I definitely recommend this brush for better gum health.
