Product Description:

It takes patients about ten years to truly believe a dentist's clinical skills are exceptional. It takes them ten minutes to decide whether they want to be your patient and whether they will refer their family, friends, and colleagues to your practice. This means that as important as your clinical skills are to building your practice, the quality of the experience your patients have before and after receiving care is equally important.

Dynamic Dentistry has been touted as the textbook for teaching practice management in facilities such as dental schools, dental assisting, hygiene schools and the military dental clinics worldwide. This book comes with fascinating ideas for improving communication internally and externally, staffing the incredible team, scheduling for success, the causes and solutions for broken and changed appointments, handling emergencies, insurance and collection management, hygiene department efficiency, practice guidelines and management of difficult patients. It is full of marketing strategies, charts, illustrations, and specfic verbal skills for having a Dynamic Dentistry practice.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Excellent reading. Very practical, May 12, 2007
By Dentist (Australia)
The book is packed with practical information and hints on efficient running of a dental practice. I read the book in two days, not because it lacks substance but because it is riveting for any dental practitioner or staff wishing to improve patient service or striving for efficiency. I would have liked to see more on case presentation, and specific technics which aid in case acceptance but perhaps that was not the scope of this book.
