Before you could get these on line my hygienist at my dentist's office always got me these. They work great for getting in between gums and teeth. Flushes debris and keeps the pocket area clean. Has saved my teeth for years!

Got one before--at dentist: $20. The metal at the top that the fluid shoots through broke off after some use. This was a little cheaper so bought here. Sure hope this one lasts longer. Don't know what to try as alternative but sure would like one.
