This board review has enough information to review for the NBDHE. I mainly used this book to study for boards and I passed the first time! "Passing score guaranteed" if you use this mainly to review and not to re-learn subjects taught in school. Study right the first time in school and you will only need to review when it comes time to take the NBDHE!

I ordered this book quickly after ordering the Mosby's review (which was ridiculous, by the way... don't get it). This book was very easy to read and understand, which was the best part. It wasn't overloaded with every microscopic detail of each section, like the Mosby's book was, so I got through it pretty quick and didn't have to waste my time on information that wasn't on the boards. The questions at the end of the section were very helpful, though some were outdated but you can pick those out quickly. There are some mispelled words in the book but whatever, that isn't going to cause you to fail. I solely used this book and a board review book (which was very, VERY similar to this) to study for boards and passed! So yes, I would definitely recommend this book to anyone studying for the dental hygiene boards!!

all books contain the same information, this one just has a really small font, so if you have problems with that you might wanna consider a different one .

This board review book was very thorough and had great mock test questions. The case studies were really helpful, with good quality pics and radiographs. This was my most helpful study tool!

I had 5 Nt'l Board study books (ridiculous, I know!): I won one, was given two, and bought two. This one was definitely my favorite. It presented the important, need-to-know information in a concise manner. The questions at the end of each section were very relevant and helpful. I scored very highly on my NBDHE, and I definitely recommend this book!
