All I can say is, I need a "SMedium"! Small + Medium = smedium! Small is too tight, and medium just a bit too big. Otherwise, very pleased with this scrub pant and the quality---can't beat the price for these, either. I really like the fact that the cargo pockets are in just the right spot, too. No front pockets- a plus, if you ask me. They just make a person look dumpy, and. if you're already a little on the "hip-py" side, well, that's not so good. I know scrubs aren't supposed to be for fashion, but they should fit well and be somewhat flattering. I also like they do not have any elastic in the waistline. That way, if you're feeling a little fat or bloaty that day, you can let them out a little. :) Nice scrub pant for the money. Color is decent and doesn't fade too quickly like some of the other brands do. Would recommend these to anyone in the healthcare industry. I mean, what's better than getting to wear (almost) pajamas to work every day? Very comfy. Also, not too heavy, not too hot. When you're up running around clinic all day, a big plus.

I was more than a little reluctant to purchase scrubs online without being able to try them on first. I bought my usual size (medium short/petite) and was pleasantly surprised that they fit me perfectly. They're drawstring, so there's room for adjustment if necessary. I like that they don't hug my legs and fall at just the right length on my pair of work Nikes. My other uniform pants have a tendency to ride up on my shoe when standing, stretching or reaching, but that wasn't a problem with these - they stay just where they belong, no matter what I'm doing.
For reference: I am female, approximately 5'2"-5'3" tall, waist 31-32 inches, and hips 41-42 inches. Jeans size 13-14. I typically wear a medium short/petite in other brands like Carhartt and women's Cherokee pants.

My favorite brand of scrubs. They fit great and a long is actually a long. Being 5'11" its hard to find scrubs that are long enough. A lot of brands offer long scrubs but are still to short! The fabric is nice and soft and they last a long time. I have had another pair of this brand for many years now and they still look brand new!

Got the item today placed order 2 days ago, material is very soft and comfortable. Reading the reviews above I will make sure I wash on gentle cycle or even hand wash in the beginning and certainly air dry, don't want it shrinking on me. So far very satisfied with the product :)

These are by far the best scrubs I own. Once I purchased a pair I won't try any other kind. They fit true to size and have a flattering fit, cinch slightly at the waist. The fabric is high quality and can by washed and dried without shrinking or loosing color. One more amazing quality is the wrinkle resistance - I have left these in the dryer unfolded overnight and able to pull them out and wear them without many wrinkles. As an Occupational Therapist, I am very active and squatting/bending/running all the time and these scrubs have "give" but look structured and professional. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my husband instead of the white beach pants I was searching for, because they were the only white drawstring pants with an inseam longer than 32". Tall guys like the beach too. He is 6'3", 210 pounds, wears 36×36 in pants. I bought a large. They will work because of a great drawstring and he can cuff them because they're plenty long. A medium will probably work with less maintenance, so I'm going to buy him another pair. Why not with such a great price? They look incredible on him, especially around the butt.
